All services are currently provided through telehealth.
Please call me to discuss my available services and/or to schedule an appointment. It is important that you contact me to schedule your appointment rather than having a friend or relative schedule for you.
*If you are under age 18, a parent or guardian will need to schedule your appointment. Parents will not know every detail of sessions, but are required to sign a consent form that gives me permission to meet with minors.
Making the call to schedule services-
I understand that it may feel overwhelming or anxiety-provoking to make the first phone call to me. Remember that my goal is to assist you and your call can allow us to begin the counseling journey toward improving your satisfaction with life and your relationships. Many people find that it feels comfortable speaking with a counselor as counselors are non-judgmental and non-biased listeners offering support and new perspectives.
I personally take my own phone calls, so if I am unavailable when you call, please leave your name, number, and reason for your call. I only return calls for prospective clients that leave a message with a return phone number. I will return your call as soon as possible during regular business hours as I check my messages throughout the day. I will not return calls nights, weekends, or holidays.
I am not available 24/7, so in an emergency or mental health crisis please go to the nearest Emergency Room or call 911. There are also numbers for 24/7 hotlines available in the More/Resources tab. Remember, no matter what time of day, there is ALWAYS SOMEONE you can talk to.
